- On my easy Greek Salad! I love how the tangy dressing plays off the fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, bell pepper, rich feta cheese, and briny kalamata olives.
- On my Cucumber Tomato Salad. Can you tell that this dressing tastes great with tomatoes and cucumbers?
- On my Italian Chopped Salad. Substitute this Greek salad dressing for the lemon vinaigrette.
- On any green salad. Drizzle it over your favorite greens to make a tasty side salad, or add croutons, roasted chickpeas, hard boiled eggs, and/or chopped fresh veggies to make it a meal.

Hello! Do you refrigerate your dressing? I made this a day or two ago and it was delicious! But went to pull it out of the fridge today, and it had solidified. It got back with some mixing, but looking back at the ingredient list I’m not sure it needs to be refrigerated.
Hi Danielle, I refrigerate it and then leave it out at room temp for 15 or so minutes to let it liquify before using. Give it a shake, and it’ll be ready to go.

Visited Greece this year and found this recipe just like the wonderful salads we consumed. You must start with high quality olive oil, best from Greece or Italy. Stay away from blends.

Just made this. Just whisked it and the smell is absolutely wonderful. I can hardly wait. I’m going to put it on my salad which is lettuce free and may not have only the Greek ingredients in it but it has a lot of nice fresh veggies in it that are nice chunks and I’m gonna add my Kalamata olives at the end. Just buy the wonderful smell that I’m getting from this in the bowl before it’s on the salad. I am quite sure this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Wanted a different spin on a pasta salad. Used this recipe doubled for the cucumber tomato black and green olives artichoke hearts red onion green peppers pepperoni tri color rotini pasta with shredded Parmesan cheese.
