Tasty but I recommend peeling beforehand. Was quite the battle and mess trying to get the beet skins off after roasting, they did not slip right off.

Fantastic cookies! I made them for my husband and he said they’re the best lemon cookies he’s ever had. It’s the poppyseeds. They take it to a whole new level. Thanks for sharing!

Delicious soup a meal in a bowl!
I had most of the veggies in the fridge from a vegetable box we ordered
Although a fairly complex soup(flavour wise)
It was so good and I def will make it again……one to impress!

This was the best stuffing ever! I made it exactly as written except used dry thyme since that’s what I had. It was exceptional – creamy, crusty, herby, buttery, garlicky – all the things. I made it the night before, refrigerated it unbaked, then baked it covered the next day for 30 minutes, and then another 10 uncovered. Thank you so much. Going into rotation for every year forward.

This recipe is killer. The spices on the butternut squash are the magic part. Balanced flavors and textures with the pomegranates, dates, and pistachios. I’ve made it twice and will be adding it to my favorite recipes.
