Hi Barb, did you use whole milk ricotta? (not skim milk ricotta or low fat). The flavor is pretty mild, for a bolder spread, you could try our whipped feta instead: https://www.loveandlemons.com/whipped-feta-dip/

Why was mine watery/split? Anything I could do to improve the flavour? It was really mild too.
